Hi, I’m Sarah!

I help people to love themselves. I believe who we truly are is love. We have a human side and a Being side. Our human side is our body and mind, but our true self cannot be seen. Our Being is our spirit, our soul.

Our Being is our true essence and I’m committed to helping others to discover this light that is always shining within.

“Sarah is a remarkable human being.  She is a beacon of hope and light. Sarah has the unique ability to manifest an idea and create it into a beautiful reality.”

Sarah’s Background & Experience

Sarah is an entrepreneur, personal trainer, yoga teacher, Reiki master, non-profit founder, author, and most importantly mother, wife, and friend.

Sarah’s love of fitness and yoga began in college and has been an instrumental part of her life. She started an in-home personal training business over 20 years ago, and has been teaching yoga for over a decade. In addition to having a Master of Education in Human Movement, Sarah is a 200 hour yoga teacher through Sacred Seeds Yoga School. Additional trainings include being certified as a MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) Mindful Leader and as a Usui Shiki Reiki Master. Sarah has also completed the Landmark Education Forum and the Advanced course. She is also a graduate of the Hoffman Process

Sarah created the the non-profit Yoga Reaches Out (YRO). Over 14 years, YRO raised millions of dollars for children’s charities. Their signature event brought together over 1,000 yogis and was held annually at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, MA. The event raised over five million dollars for Boston Children’s Hospital. Yoga Reaches Out also has chapters in California, New York, South Carolina, and Connecticut.

Sarah is the author of three non-fiction books: Daily JAM , the Daily JAM Journal, and most recently, Life is a Paradox. Sarah’s writing weaves together philosophies including Buddhism, Taoism, Stoicism, and more. She writes to help people remember what they already carry within—clarity, wholeness, and light.

She finds that life has come full circle. Her undergraduate degree in English literature hasn’t played a huge role in her life until now. But everything is connected and her Masters degree in Health and Fitness opened doors to explore personal training, yoga, CrossFit, nutrition, and more which led her back to writing. Sarah offers a Weekly JAM through email ( dailyjam.net ). She hopes her writing offers the possibility of becoming more awakened, spiritual, compassionate, and joyful.

Sarah lives in Wayland, Massachusetts with her husband Geoff and their two incredible children, Will and Emma. Their number one companion is Mocha who is the cutest Bernedoodle on earth.
